During 2014 Rianna Construction Ltd undertook an attic conversion and ancillary works at my house. The project was completed to a very high standard on time and on budget . I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They were excellent – professional, effective and efficient. They worked very closely with my architect revising any plans that were requested along the way with very good grace. On an ongoing basis they provided me with details of the work completed showing all the costing which I really appreciated as I was working to a strict budget. During 2010 I undertook to make my home more energy efficient by installing dry lining internally and upgrading the attic insulation. From the initial meeting and throughout the project Donal and his team were professional and delivered very high quality workmanship. The project finished on schedule, one week from start to finish.
